| Abstract |
コリン作動性神経末端において高親和性コリントランスポーター（CHT1）はアセチルコリン合成の律速段階であるコリン輸送を担う。CHT1のトラフィッキング制御機構や構造機能相関についてはよく知られていない。我々は、輸送基質であるコリンによって誘導されるCHT1細胞内移行の分子機構を明らかにした。また、CHT1の膜貫通トポロジーとオリゴマー構造についても明らかにした。
