本研究の目的は、海外での指導経験を有する日本人指導者を対象に質的研究法を実施し、日本の育成システムおよび指導者養成の一助となるための基礎的資料を得ることであった。対象は、スペインでの指導経験を有し、現在日本のプロリーグのアカデミーで指導をする指導者1名であった。調査方法は、深層的インタビュー法を用いて、自由回答的、かつ半構造的インタビューにより行った。質問項目は、基幹的質問、追跡的質問、探索的質問の三種類の組み合わせにより構成した。録音された音声データをテキストデータにし、KH Coderを用いて計量的に分析した。また、出現パターンの似通った語を線で結んだネットワーク図（共起ネットワーク）を描き、それを元に代表的な文章を抜粋した。KH Coderを用いて前処理を実行し、文章の単純集計を行った結果、総出語数は9,106語で、そのうち3,105語が分析に使用された。内容を特徴付ける頻出語の出現回数は1位が「思う」で58回、2位が「言う」で55回、3位が「サッカー」で48回であった。描かれた共起ネットワークから、代表的な文章を抜粋すると、「日本の子は、納得していなくてもコーチが言ったことはやってみる。スペインの子は、トレーニングの意味を見出し、意味がないと思ったらやらない。」などの語りがみられた。日本の指導現場での子どもの様子として、「大人の機嫌をそこねない行動をする。大人の喜ぶような態度を取る。」といったことは以前から指摘されているが（永野 2007）、本研究においても同様の文章がみられたことは日本の指導者や日本の教育制度が抱える重要な課題であると考えられる。
最後に、今年度は新型コロナウイルスの影響により研究計画を修正しながら進めてきたが、本研究の中核である「現在海外で指導を行っている指導者への調査」や「実際のトレーニング現場の視察」については、次年度以降の課題として継続して調査・分析を進めていきたい。
The purpose of this research is to conduct an interview survey with Japanese instructors who have experience in teaching in Europe, and to obtain basic materials to assist in developing a system and instructor training in Japan. The participant was one instructor who had experience in teaching in Spain and currently teaches at the Japanese Professional League Academy. The survey was conducted using open-ended and semi-structured in-depth interviews. The questionnaire items comprised three types: main questions, follow-up questions, and probes, based on previous study by Kitamura et al. (2005). The recorded response was transcribed and quantitatively analyzed using a text mining technique (KH Coder). In addition, we draw a network diagram (co-occurrence network) in which words with similar patterns are connected by lines, and we extracted the representative sentences based on themAs a result of performing preprocessing using KH Coder and performing simple counting of sentences, the total number of words was 9,106 words, of which 3,105 words were used in the analysis. The number of occurrences of frequent words that characterize the content was 58 for "I think" in the first place, 55 for "say" in the second place, and 48 for "soccer" in the third place. An excerpt from the co-occurrence network depicted is, "A Japanese child does what the coach says, even if he is not convinced. A Spanish child finds the meaning of training". It has long been pointed out that children at Japanese instruction sites "behave in a manner that does not detract from the mood of adults. Take an attitude that makes adults happy" (Nagano.2007). It suggests that a similar sentence is seen as an important issue for Japanese leaders and the Japanese education system.
