| Abstract |
本研究は, 地域保健機関の行政保健師等への市民からの暴言・暴力に関する実態(経験)を, 刑法上の犯罪の構成要件を基準として, 明らかにすることを目的とし, 全国の地域保健機関を対象に, 平成30年2月に無記名自記式の質問紙調査を実施した。保健師等の地域保健従事者の生命・身体への侵害について, 少なからぬ地域保健機関が, 犯罪の構成要件にも該当するような暴言・暴力を経験していることが明らかになった。
The purpose of this research was to investigate the current status of verbal and physical abuse of public health workers by their clients in community health care settings.
Verbal and physical abuse was defined as those offenses that would be categorized as criminal under the Japanese Penal Code. An anonymous, self-administered questionnaire survey targeting all community health care institutions in Japan was carried out in February 2018.
A considerable number of community health workers reported having experienced verbal and physical abuse that would be defined as criminal.
