本研究課題の遂行に関しては, 申請時に予想できなかったウクライナ危機が生じ, 現地調査などの見直しを余儀なくされた。しかしながら, 研究実施機関全体を通して, 論文(一つの著書の二つの章も含む)を9本公刊することができ, 国際学会報告も4回行った。政治・行政エリートのデータを収集し, ロシアの地方政治マシーンの変容を考察したほか, ロシアの官僚エリートの分析も行った。さらに, ウクライナの地方エリートの動態に注目して, 野党ブロック党の分析も行った。
Because this project was unexpectedly affected by the Ukrainian Crisis, the field work plan had to be changed. Nevertheless, nine articles (including chapters) have been published and four presentations were held with support of this project.
Accumulating the date on political and executive elites in Russia and Ukraine, I have analyzed the changing nature of Russian regional political machines, the mixture of patrimonial and technocratic characteristics of Russian executive elites, as well as the changing coalition of the Ukrainian regional elites in its Eastern parts.
