Abstract |
swine(35~40kg)を用い, A群(低温epidural cooling; 4℃)群, B群(高温epidural cooling; 20℃)群, C群はcontrol群とした。術後12時間後のTarlov scoreはA群B群で, control群に比較して冷却効果を得た。術中MEP消失までの時間はAB群間で有意差はなく, C群と比較すると有意に長かった。手術後, HE染色ではC群でneuronの壊死を著明に認め, 低温冷却群や高温冷却群では脊髄の壊死はほとんど認められず20℃の冷却であっても脊髄保護効果が十分であると思われた。
Eighteen pigs underwent thoracic aortic double clamping for 35 minutes. These are divided into three groups, Gourp A (cooling temperature; 4℃), Group B (20℃), and Goup C (control). Mean time from aortic crossclamping to onset of MEP loss was significantly longer in group A and B than group C. Group A and group Bshowed significantly better neurologic function than that of group C. In group A and group B, motor neurons had a nearly normal appearance, with minimal eosinophilic change in the cytoplasm. Group C motor neurons showed acute necrotic changes. Degenerating neurons were swollen or shrunken.
