Abstract 
転写因子KLF4は腎臓糸球体上皮細胞(ポドサイト)に発現しており、糸球体障害モデルでは発現が低下した。Tet-onシステムを用いたポドサイト特異的KLF4トランスジェニックマウスやKLF4発現プラスミド投与による遺伝子導入により、アドリアマイシン腎症モデルにおいて低下したKLF4を再誘導すると、ポドサイトの形質が改善しアルブミン尿が減少した。更にその機序にはKLF4のポドサイト形質におけるEpigenetic調節が関与していることが示唆された。
