本研究の目的は、がん看護の経験豊富な専門看護師・認定看護師を対象に、がんサバイバーのストレングスをどのように認識し、そのストレングスをどのように支援に活用しているかという支援の実際について半構造化面接により明らかにし、ストレングスを活用した支援の普及に向けた示唆を得ることである。
研究対象者は11名で、テーマ分析の手法により分析した結果、看護師の捉えるがんサバイバーの内的ストレングスについてやストレングスを活用した支援の実際が明らかとなった。
The purpose of this study was to explore how nurses recognize strength of cancer survivors and apply their strength to provide their care in clinical setting and to get suggestions for spread of strengths-based care for cancer survivors using semi-structures interviews. Interview data were transcribed and analyzed using Braun and Clarke's reflexive thematic analysis. The interviews were conducted with 11 Certified Nurse Specialists and Certified Nurses, who had extensive experiences in providing care to cancer survivors.
The results of thematic analysis were identified perceived inner strengths of survivors by nurses and actual care applying their strength in clinical setting.
