| Abstract |
50名の統合失調症患者を対象に行った本研究は、母集団血中動態法を用いることで、抗精神病薬であるリスペリドンおよび9-水酸化リスペリドンの血漿中濃度が、経口用量の変更を実際に行う前に変更後の予測が可能であることを明らかにした。この知見は、統合失調症の治療において、抗精神病薬の血漿中濃度を測定し、母集団血中動態法を用いることにより、治療上必要な経口用量を予測することが臨床上可能になりうることを示唆している。
