Abstract 
本研究では、D-アミノ酸結合tRNA脱アシル化酵素であるD-tyr-tRNA deacylase(DTD)に着目して、D-アミノ酸がタンパク質合成に利用されることにより生じる運動神経細胞ストレスメカニズムについて検討した。DTD存在下では、D-アミノ酸の存在は細胞に明らかな毒性を示さなかったものの、DTD非存在下では細胞は小胞体ストレスを増悪させることが明らかとなり、D-アミノ酸負荷はユビキチン化タンパクの増加へと導くことが明らかとなった。
