ロシアだけでなく、旧ソ連圏のカフカス諸国と中央アジア諸国さらにバルカン諸国において研究課題に対する史料調査とヒアリング調査を行うことができた。
現地調査の傍ら、ソヴェト農村における火事・放火と国営火災保険、家畜の死亡・屠畜と国営家畜保険、作物の災害、穀物調達と国営作物保険、さらに総括する国営農業保険について論文を執筆し、日本のみならず欧米の学術雑誌への投稿を準備している。いずれもこれまで研究されることもなかった全く新しい研究成果である。さらに、帝政ロシア時代から1990年のソ連邦の崩壊に至る150年以上の長い期間にわたる農業保険の歴史と実態を集大成する本を執筆中である。
I researched historical materials and interviews for my research topic not only in Russia, but also in the Caucasus and Central Asian countries of the former Soviet Union, as well as in the Balkan countries.
In addition to my field research, I have written papers on "Fires and arson and national fire insurance," "Livestock deaths and slaughter and national livestock insurance," "Crop damage, grain procurement and national crop insurance," and a general overview on "national agricultural insurance," and am preparing to submit these to academic journals in both Japan and Europe. All of these are completely new research findings that have never been studied before. I am also currently writing a book that compiles the history of agricultural insurance over the long period of more than 150 years, from the era of Imperial Russia to the collapse of the Soviet Union in 1990.
