Abstract 
アミド基は、医薬品や化学繊維など様々な分野で重要な役割を果たしている。そのため、有用なアミド基を作る方法が数多く開発されてきた。しかし、アミド基は作るのは簡単だが、非常に安定なため他の物質への変換が難しい。本研究では、簡単に作ることができるアミド基を他の有用な物質へ変換するアルコキシアミド法を新たに開発した。これにより、アミド基に2つの試薬を一挙に付加できるようになり、抗ガン作用など重要な生理活性を有する物質の構築が可能となった。
