| Abstract |
緑内障の再生医療を念頭に、iPS細胞から網膜神経節細胞および成体における網膜幹細胞であるミューラー細胞を分化誘導する方法の確立、網膜内のミューラー細胞の同定法の探索を行った。まずiPS細胞からの分化誘導を行うために、網膜前駆細胞マーカーであるRx遺伝子座に赤色蛍光タンパク質DsRedが発現する組換えBACを作成しipS細胞に安定導入した。また、ミューサー細胞を同定するためにマーカーを探索し、エピプラキンが該当することを見いだした。
