Abstract 
本研究は「遺伝性乳がんの予防･早期発見、管理をめざす統合的ケアプラットフォーム」を創成めざした。遺伝性乳がんリスク管理は、日常診療において第二義的な位置づけで行われていることが概念化できた。統合的ケアプラットフォームの要件として、ハイリスク患者をフォローアップする特殊外来の創設と個別化医療の要請に対応する看護実践の必要性が見いだされた。
