Abstract 
ヒトあるいはマウス皮下脂肪組織、脂肪前駆細胞は、造血幹細胞からの血小板産生用の培地を培養に用いると血小板を再現性よく、大量に産生する。これら細胞から得られた血小板と造血幹細胞から得られた血小板、末梢血小板の機能を詳細に比較した結果、皮下脂肪組織あるいは脂肪前駆細胞から得られた血小板は造血幹細胞から得られた血小板より、血小板機能は亢進していることを見いだした。末梢血小板との比較では、採血後2時間の血小板の方が高い血小板機能を示したが、採血後6-7時間の血小板の方が低い血小板機能を示した。
