| Abstract |
B細胞悪性リンパ腫における制御性T細胞(Treg)の発生機構を解明するため、MHCクラスII結合ペプチドを認識するT細胞受容体(TCR)をもつ5C.C7TCR-Tg/RAG-/-マウスにおいて、Treg発生におけるTCR親和性、抗原量の影響を解析する系を開発した。また、TCRに対するagonist抗原ペプチドの胸腺投与により、末梢リンパ組織において高率にTregが誘導されることを示した。
