| Abstract |
生命の動態を理解するためには、既知の知見やデータから構成論的アプローチにより再構築した細胞モデルのシミュレーションが欠かせない。本研究では細胞のモデリング及びシミュレーションを支援するためのソフトウェアシステムとして、モデルのプロトタイピングのためのウェブアプリケーション、動的モデリングのために必要な式やパラメータなど定量情報のデータベースシステム、そしてシミュレーション実行及び解析のためのウェブサービスを開発し、インターネット上で公開した。
