| Abstract |
発達障害児において、幼稚園・保育園から小学校への移行期に出現しやすい問題行動を予防し、安定した発達を促すために、就学前段階から実施できる幼小連携による発達支援プログラムを開発し、その効果を実証した。本研究では、発達領域を、アカデミックスキル領域、および社会スキル領域に分け、コンピュータ支援プログラムとして実装した。支援プログラムを、発達障害児に、幼児期から小学校低学年期に適用し、その効果を、シングル・ケース研究デザインを用いて客観的に分析した。家庭でのペアレントによる毎日の支援が大きな効果をもたらした。遠隔地でのオンライン発達支援の実現可能性と効果を明らかにした。
We established developmental intervention programs of school transition for preschool to elementary school in children with developmental disabilities. The target developmental domains were academic, especially reading skills and social skills. The programs were constructed as computer-based ICT programs and Apps. We examined the effect of the program on promoting development and reducing behavioral problems in various measures by single-case research designs. The data showed that the program facilitated both reading skills and social skill. The effects were enhanced when the home-based interventions were applied by parents. Also, the researches demonstrated the feasibility and the effects of on-line developmental intervention.
