| Abstract |
本研究はベトナム・ラオス・カンボジアのインドシナ諸国を題材に，私法の一般法としての民法とその関連法令（以下，民法関連法令という）の整備・実施が，国家の法システムの改善としての法的発展を通じ，1人当たり国内総生産(GDP)の成長を含む経済的発展および民主化の進展を含む政治的発展にどのように寄与するかを，各国の実情に即して検討することを目的とした。本研究は，とりわけ，より多くの市民が開発プロセスに関わり，発展の利益を分かち合いつつ，最大限の成果を上げる発展形態として注目されるインクルーシブな発展のために，民法関連法令が果たしうる役割について考察した。
This study focused on Indochinese countries (Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia) and examined how the development and implementation of the Civil Code as a general and private law and its related laws and regulations (hereinafter referred to as general private laws and regulations) contributed to economic development, including the growth of GDP per capita, and political development, including the progress of democratization, through legal development as an improvement of the legal system in line with the actual situation of each country. This study examined, among other things, the role that general private laws and regulations have played for inclusive development as a notable form of development in which more citizens have been involved in the development process, shared the benefits of development, and maximized the results.
