| Abstract |
これまでに候補となる遺伝子変異に関して、in vitroおよびin vivoの疾患モデルの構築をしてきた。これまでの解析により表現型に影響をきたす事が想定される遺伝子において、種々のモデルにおける細胞や組織を対象として網羅的遺伝子発現解析等を行うことにより分子機序の探索を行ってきた。それらの解析を通して、疾患発症機序の新たな概念の構築、疾患モデルとしての検証、治療方法開発系の構築、治療方法の開発を行っている。
We established novel disease models in vitro and in vivo. We have searched for the molecular mechanism by carrying out comprehensive gene expression analysis for cells and tissues in various models. Through these analyses, we established a new concept of disease mechanism and develop the novel drug screening systems.
