| Abstract |
咽頭癌細胞株に対してCOX2阻害剤とEP2阻害剤によりCDH1発現が増加した。免疫蛍光染色ではE-cadherinの膜発現も増強した。migration assayでは咽頭癌細胞抑制効果を示した。これらの薬剤は癌の転移抑制効果が期待される。咽頭癌経口的切除組織のCOX2とE-cadherinの免疫染色も行った。その結果と臨床データから, 多変量解析を行い, COX2発現行進とE-cadherin発現低下は頸部リンパ節転移の独立規定因子であることを示した。咽頭平上皮癌の頸部リンパ節転移は, COX2発現亢進とE-cadherinの発現低下が深く関与していることが示唆された。
Expression of CDH1 was increased by the COX 2 inhibitor and the EP 2 inhibitor on the pharyngeal cancer cell line. Immunofluorescent staining also enhanced membrane expression of E-cadherin. The migration assay showed pharyngeal cancer cell inhibitory effect. These agents are expected to have metastasis inhibitory effects on cancer. Immunohistochemical staining of COX 2 and E-cadherin in oral excised tissues of laryngeal carcinoma was also performed.
Multivariate analysis was carried out based on the results and clinical data, and it was shown that COX2 expression march and E-cadherin expression decrease are independent regulators of cervical lymph node metastasis. It was suggested that cervical lymph node metastasis of pharyngeal epithelial carcinoma is deeply involved in COX2 expression upregulation and E-cadherin expression decrease.
