| Abstract |
本研究は, 創業初期から急速な成長を実現し, また国際化を果たす企業, 特にスタートアップ企業の専門的経営人材の活用をインタビュー調査から定性的に分析し, またその現状を統計情報の整備によって把握する事で, 実務及び学術両面から企業成長に必要となる個人レベルの知識, 能力を詳細に理解する事を目指した。その結果, 東証マザーズに新規株式公開を行った企業の経営人材に関する網羅的なデータベースを整備し, こうした企業の成長に貢献した人材の特性を明らかにすると同時に, インタビュー調査から過去30年においてこうしたスタートアップ企業の専門的経営人材の活用のあり方がどのように変遷したかを明らかにした。
This research investigated the role of the management resources of the high growth startup companies through interviews and statistical information. By developing the database of the management professionals who experienced IPO and by interviews of entrepreneurs, this research analyzed the profile of the management who have contributed the successful growth of the firm and the changes in the ways in which startups utlised such management resources for their growth.
