| Abstract |
フランスの具体的な地域において、上下水道、河川事業の歴史的変遷とその社会背景、各年代における問題などを明らかにした。また公共・半官・民間等の関係も明らかにした。そして同時に、水に関する社会基盤の整備、管理、運営状況についても、面的な広がりで把握することができた。広域化へと進む現状、そしてフランスにおける水関連企業の不正、また水事業を民間から公共に戻す地域が出てきている現状についても、把握することができた。
The present study was first focused on historical changes in water management in certain areas in France, including water supply and sewage systems and river management projects, as well as related issues and problems in different time periods. Also examined were the relationships among the public sector, the quasi-governmental sector and the private sector. Elucidated at the same time were the social infrastructure, management and operations with respect to water in the entire region. The knowledge gained at the end included the current status of the shift to consolidation of water management areas, the move toward deprivatization of water business in certain areas, and the fraudulent acts of water companies in France.
