| Abstract |
医療資源が限られる中, 効率的に医療費を用いるためには, 自己負担の変化, 診療報酬の変化, 費用対効果の政策利用等の医療政策がどのような影響を与えるかを分析し, 政策効果を判定することが重要である。
本研究では近年蓄積されている様々なデータベースを用い, 重要な政策課題の分析を行った。その結果, 競争と高度医療技術の関連, 自己負担減少が医療サービス利用を通じて健康に与える影響は所得層によって異なることなどが明らかとなった。
It is important that evaluation of health policy, such as cost-containment, fee-schedule reform and economic evaluations of healthcare, to utilize limited resources to gain health outcome. In this research, several important policy issues are evaluated. It is found that hospital competition is associated with the adoption advanced health technology and that the decreased user-charge on healthcare utilization and heath vary across income groups.
