| Abstract |
微生物の存在を体感できる実習プログラムとして, イカ体表より採取培養した発光バクテリアを用いた実習の実施可能性について検討した。採取したバクテリアの発光および持続時間について簡単な実験を行った結果, バクテリアの発光は肉眼でも充分に認識可能であり, 条件によっては数日間光り続けることが明らかになった。観察において照明灯の電力を使用しない本プログラムは, 節電時の実習としても応用可能である。
