本稿は，菊澤研宗による「不条理」に関する議論を企業倫理の観点から再構成し，それを，菊澤と類似の出発点から議論を展開する，ドイツの「経済と企業の倫理学」における「オルドヌンク倫理学」の主張と対比させることで，企業倫理の理論的課題を探ることを目的とするものである。まず第2節で菊澤の「不条理」の主張を企業倫理の観点から再構成し，第3節でオルドヌンク倫理学の主張を検討する。第4節で，企業倫理の理論として見た際の両学説の特質，優位性と限界について検討し，企業倫理において議論すべき理論的側面について明らかにする。最後にまとめる。
This article aims to explore the theoretical issues of business ethics by comparing the theory of "Absurdity" by Kenshu Kikuzawa and the theory of "Dilemmastruktur" by "Ordnungsethik (Order Ethics)" developed in "Economics and Business Ethics" in Germany. First, in section 2, we reconstruct the Kikuzawa's argument of "absurdity"from the perspective of business ethics, then in section 3 we examine the argument of business ethics by "Ordnungsethik". And in section 4 we consider the characteristics, advantages and limitations of both theories as business ethics and point out the important theoretical issues that should be discussed in business ethics. Finally, we summarize our discussion.
