Abstract |
本論文は,イメージング業界において大きなインパクトを生み出してきたシグマの異端経営に焦点をあてる。小規模ながら約60年の長い歴史をもつシグマの経営において,成功を導いた主な要因,および将来的な成功に向けた経営者のビジョンを明らかにするつもりである。とくに,競合である他の大手メーカーにたいする規模の面での相対的な劣位を当社がどのように克服してきたかを,ダイナミック・ケイパビリティ論の観点から検討する。
This paper aims to clarify maverick management at Sigma, which has had tremendous impacts on the evolution of the imaging industry. We will examine what caused the success of the company with a history of sixty years even if it is relatively small as well as what vision the CEO articulates for the future success of the company in a dynamically changing environment. In particular, how the company has overcome comparative disadvantages over the large competitors will be discussed from a dynamic capabilities view.
