本稿は，学術経済誌の厳しい査読のプロセスを乗り越えた，または中央銀行の内部で多数のエコノミストによって選別されて公表に至った数多くの幅広い論文に基づいて，日本の近年の金融政策運営が学術的な金融政策研究の視点からどのように捉えられるのかを明らかにするサーベイ論文の一部を構成するものである。今回は特に，Clarida, Galí, and Gertler（1999），Woodford（2003），Walsh（2017），Galí（2015）が発展させた金融政策理論と，現実の中央銀行が採用するインフレーション・ターゲット政策の関係を解説する。また，中央銀行の政策金利の指標となる金融政策ルールについて紹介する。
This paper is a part of series of paper surveys that focus on a conduct of monetary policy in Japan based on academic papers selected by review processes in economic journals and economists at central banks. Through a series of paper surveys, we investigate how we can evaluate an implementation of monetary policy in Japan in terms of academic insights. In this paper, in particular, we explain similarities and differences between theory of monetary policy, following such as Clarida, Galí, and Gertler (1999), Woodford (2003), Galí (2015), Walsh (2017), and inflation targeting policy that is implemented by a central bank. We also introduce monetary policy rules that can be guideline for conduct of monetary policy.
