この論文では, いまだ不明確で難解といわれているダイナミック・ケイパビリティ論が有益な戦略経営論であることを明らかにする。そのために, この議論を哲学的・経済学的に再解釈し, その理論の意義の明確化を試みる。とくに, この哲学的・経済学的な解釈を通して, ダイナミック・ケイパビリティ論によってクリステンセンによって明らかにされたイノベーションのジレンマが解決されうることを論証し, この戦略経営論が有益な理論であることを明らかにする。
