Abstract 
今日の経営学研究の現場では, 方法多元論の考え方が広まりつつあり, そこでは定量的方法も定性的方法も等しく正当であるとみなされている。その一方で, ユルミの調査によれば, ドイツ語圏の経営学の教科書として普及している「一般経営経済学」の文献では, 方法多元論はほとんど顧みられていない。実践的な応用科学を目指す経営経済学にとって, 方法多元論はどの程度有効なのか。本稿では, 方法多元論を支持するユルミの主張に焦点を当て, それを批判的に検討することで, 一般経営経済学のあり方を考察する。
