| Abstract |
経済産業省が実施する商業統計調査は, 2007年以降, 2014年まで実施されておらず, その間の都市レベルにおける小売商業構造の変化に関する詳細な情報は入手できない。また, 日本の各都市の小売商業支援に関する情報は, 商業統計調査では明らかにはならない。そこで, 2007‒2014年における小売商業構造変化の影響要因の改善度, 小売商業に関する行政支援一般の実施状況, 「買物弱者」対策の実施状況, 小売商業支援政策の効果と小売商業の今後の発展可能性などの実態を明らかにするために, 全国790都市に対しアンケート調査を実施した。その結果, 602都市より回答があり(有効回答率 : 76.2%), 以下では, その調査概要, 単純集計, それに小売商業支援政策の効果に関する若干の分析結果が示される。
