Abstract 
規範倫理学の中で, 功利主義と双璧をなすカントの義務論を現代的視点から再解釈する。カントの倫理学を非帰結主義, アプリオリズム, 主観構造の同型性と自然合目的性の観点から要約した後, 現代におけるアプリオリズムの理論展開として, ノーム・チョムスキーの言語論と脳神経倫理学からの知見を跡づける。こうした知見を踏まえて, カント義務論の再構築の可能性と課題が論じられる。
