| Abstract |
企業の成長には2つの側面があり, 従業員数や資本金, 売上高等でみた量的な側面と, イノベーション創出能力あるいは組織能力でみた質的な側面がある。そして, 質的成長と量的成長はしばしば対立する。本稿は, 中小企業が質的成長と量的成長を同時に追求するにあたって満たすべき条件を検討する。
There are two aspects to the growth of the firm. Size growth in terms of number of employees, amount of capital, annual turnover, and capability growth in terms of innovative capability.
Size growth and capability growth is often conflicting. This paper examines the conditions under which size growth and capability growth can be compatible.
