経営資源と事業の「選択と集中」を行う際の有力な手段はM&A (Mergers and Acquisitions)である。M&Aに関し,管理会計の観点から特に大きな問題となるのは,M&Aの対象候補企業の価値評価である。ターゲット企業の評価には,(1)不十分な情報に基づいてターゲット企業の評価を行わざるをえない,(2)企業価値評価の方法にはそれぞれ難点があり,決定的な方法が存在しないという問題がある。これらの点を踏まえ,本稿では,ターゲット企業の評価に当たって考慮すべき点およびターゲット企業評価のための望まし
