| Abstract |
本稿では,管理会計における非財務的尺度の利用について,近年管理会計の分野で注目を集めている戦略的管理会計の観点から検討を行う。非財務尺度の利用は,戦略的管理会計の重要な特徴のうちの1つであるが,その定義を曖昧にしたまま用いている文献が多い。したがって,本稿では,非財務的尺度について,戦略との関係からその概念を整理して体系化を行い,あわせて財務的尺度との関係を明らかにする。Fisher (1992)は,重要成功要因を媒介として,戦略と非財務的尺度を関係づけた。戦略を実行する上で,それに関係する重要成功要因が
