| Abstract |
19世紀末から20世紀初頭にかけてドイツ資本市場のグローバル化は著しく進展し,とりわけ急速な産業発展によって大量の資金を必要としていたアメリカ合衆国との関係を深めていった。だが,この関係は,合衆国の鉄道証券に特化されており,この証券の取引に基づいて両国の銀行間の関係も形成された。本稿は,合衆国において最も積極的に証券業務を展開したDeutsche Bankの実例を通してドイツ大銀行の合衆国における活動および国内の証券取引所における合衆国鉄道証券の上場問題を実証的に分析しようとするものである。
