気候変動に伴う豪雨・洪水の増加に対し，自然を活用した解決策（NbS）であるグリーンインフラが注目されている。これは，洪水緩和と生態系保全の両立を可能にする仕組みである。本稿では，グリーンインフラをめぐる経済学的分析を理論・実証の両面から示し，その意義と社会実装に向けた課題を明らかにする。さらに，維持管理を通じた協働が地域の信頼とウェルビーイングを高める可能性を指摘する。
As climate change increases the frequency and intensity of heavy rainfall and flooding, green infrastructure as a nature-based solutions (NbS) has gained growing attention. Green infrastructure offers a means to simultaneously achieve flood risk reduction and ecosystem conservation. This paper presents an economic analysis of green infrastructure from both theoretical and empirical perspectives, clarifying its significance and the challenges associated with social implementation. It further highlights the potential of collaborative management and maintenance to enhance community trust and human well-being.
