| Abstract |
限界革命は, パラダイムシフトではなく, 効用と希少性の理論から新古典派経済学への同一研究計画内の発展である。そこでの主な貢献は3つある。(1)効用と希少性の理論の諸命題を合理的行動原理にもとづいて論証した, (2)価格メカニズムの概念を導入して, 多数主体と多数商品から構成される市場経済の一般均衡理論を構築した, そして(3)合理的行動原理にもとづいて定式化された経済理論が無矛盾であるために十分な条件について検討したことである。
The Marginal Revolution is not a paradigm-shift but a development in the same research program from the theory of utility and scarcity to neoclassical economics. Main contributions in it are three : (1) to demonstrate propositions in the theory of utility and scarcity on the basis of the principles of rational behavior, (2) to introduce the concept of price mechanism based on which the theory of general equilibrium for a market economy consisting of many agents and many commodities was constructed, and (3) to examine what conditions are sufficient for economic theories formulated based on the principles of rational behavior to be consistent.
