| Abstract |
本報告の目的は, 1965年以後約7年間の韓国企業金融の実態に関する企業経営資料の財務分析を通じて考察することである。企業経営の実態と財務構造について分析した結果, 大半の企業は付加価値を創出する産業企業として発展する内在的動機を整えないまま, 商業あるいは高利貸的資本企業として存続しようとしたことを解明した。
This paper examines—through an analysis of financial statements and flow of funds accounts—the state of corporate finance in Korea from 1965, when the Reform of the financial Policy was implemented, to 1971. The financial reform focused on liberalization and was designed to mobilize domestic and foreign funds.
