澤瀉久敬は, 日本で最初に大学医学部で「医学概論」を講義した(大阪帝国大学, 1941年)人物であるが, 彼は医師ではなく, フランス哲学研究者だった。その講義録『医学概論』全三巻(1945–1959年)は, 医学の分野において「近代の超克」を試みた思想書と捉えることができる。その特異なコント理解は, ベルクソンを後ろ楯とする実証主義批判として読むことができ, その医学思想には, 同時代のカンギレムと共通した問題意識も見いだせる。
Although Hisayuki Omodaka was the first person to lecture "Iatrology" at Medical School in Japan (Osaka Imperial University, 1941), he was not actually a doctor but rather a France philosophy researcher. 
All three volumes of his lecture transcripts, "Iatrology" (1945–1959), can be taken as philosophical books that attempted to "Overcome the Modern" in the field of medicine. 
His unique understanding of Compte may be read as a positivism critique using Bergson as support, demonstrating problem awareness in medical philosophy shared with Canguillem, his contemporary.
