中国の中小企業は, 証券市場・金融機関とのミスマッチで資金難問題が発生している。一方, フォーマル金融とインフォーマル金融の相互参入・融合の実態が進行している。中小企業に重要な役割を果たすインフォーマル金融のリスクを減らすため, フォーマル化ムードが広がっている。しかし, フォーマル金融のインフォーマル化だけでは, 中小企業の資金難問題は解決されない。多様な企業に対応した, 重層的な金融構造が求められる。
Small and medium-sized enterprises in China are confronted with problems in funding generated by a mismatch between securities markets and financial institutions. On the other hand, a factual situation is in progress, where mutual entry and the fusion of formal finance and informal finance exist. To reduce the risk of informal finance, which plays an important role for small and medium-sized enterprises, a formalization mood has spread. 
However, the funding problems of small and medium-sized enterprises cannot be solved by the informalization of formal finance alone. Rather, a multilayered financial structure responding to various companies is required.
