社会主義崩壊以降, ボルシェヴィキ革命に関する秘密文書が公開され, レーニンの恣意的かつ強権的な支配の実態が明らかになり, あらためてマルクス主義の功罪が問われている。本稿では, そのような過酷な革命の現実を見据えつつ, マルクス主義が潜在的に持つ強権支配の理論的萌芽をマルクスの社会理論の形成過程に求め, それを彼のヘーゲル『法哲学』との対決を中心に, 草稿にまで遡って解明する。本稿はマルクスの思想についてのそのような歴史的研究のひとつの試みである。
After the collapse of the Soviet Union, secret documents of the Bolshevik Revolution, which show the facts of Lenin's arbitrary and authoritarian rule, were made public. 
These facts provide the opportunity for reconsidering the meaning of Marxism. 
On the bases of an analysis of Marx's manuscripts this study searches for the theoretical roots of authoritarian rule in Marx's social theory in its formative period, especially in his engagement with Hegel's "Philosophy of Right". 
This Study is an attempt at historical research on the thought of Marx.
