| Abstract |
本研究は, 環境省の競争型研究費である地球環境総合研究費による-東アジア諸国での日本発の使用済み自動車及び部品の不適切な使用, 再資源化による地球環境負荷増大の実態とその防止策の検討(平成15年-17年)-の中間成果をまとめたものである。1995年と2000年の使用済み自動車の総輸出量, 環境政策や交通政策がこの輸出量に与えた影響の分析結果, 及び広域リサイクルシステム構築とその評価に必要な検討事項を述べている。
This study summarizes the interim results of a research funded by the Global Environment Research Fund, a competitive scholarship sponsored by the Ministry of the Environment.
It focuses on the current state of inappropriate uses and recycling of used vehicles and parts from Japan in East Asian countries, the resulting increased load on Earth's environment, and the consideration of prevention policies (2003-2005).
In addition, this study discusses the total export volume of used vehicles in 1995 and 2000, analyzing the effects of environmental and transport policies on export volume, the construction of a regional recycling system, and the necessary consideration points for its evaluation.
