| Abstract |
Platon constructs the theory of error in his `Sophistes' in order to catch the "wrong in knowledge" And Aristotle considers willingness and unwillingness in his Vicomachean Ethics' in order to catch the "wrong in behavior". In this paper, I research the problem 'why will is to be distiugished from intellect' starting from Aristotle, through Duns Scotus, to Descartes.
