| 抄録 |
Many residents who have moved from overseas live in Okinawa prefecture. 8501 people are registrants according to the Alien Registration Law. Many Japanese-American and Japanese-Latin American are naturalized as Japanese citizen. We can't grasp the number of them, but they also live as foreigner residents. Okinawan society seems to have no ethnic connict. However, there are indications that they feel incompatibility and pressure as outsider. I watch the incompatibility and pressure of residents who have comefrom overseas, and analyzed their resource and approach for making their life be smooth in host society. Inconclusion, it seems that possibility of cooperation is one of determining factor for acceptance. This analysis is the base to consider about the incompatibility and pressure as outsider.
