The purpose of this paper is to consider development possibility of NPO while l pay my attention to the board of directors who is important for NPO, and the occupation whose influence to give personal every day life is big.
 ln recent years, it is rare that people discuss about the relationship between occupation and NPO, however the "Sekte"  theory has proposed by Webber in about 80 years ago. In his paper, he observed the people try to participate in the  voluntary association of religious to get a network and social trust, and try to use the network for the occupation.
 ln this paper l interviewed directors to see the relationship between occupation and NPO. It turn out that an occupation is the opportunity and the condition to participate the volunteer activity. I also found that there are directors whose occupation is closely related to their NPO activity.  They said that NPO has a positive influence on their occupation. I named them "Circulation type". The result of NPO that they recognize are ①a  construction of a network, ②a improvement of environment, and ③a skill improvement for their occupation. The people of "Circulation type"  are similar with what Webber observed. "Circulation type" suggests the new possibility of NPO which has not been examined in NPO study so far.
