Abstract
We generate complementarity between trade and factor movement in a standard Heckscher-Ohlin-Samuelson-Mundell (HOSM) framework where the pattern of trade is determined by relative factor abundance. This alters the conventional perception. There is an interesting role of country-specific "non-traded" good in our structure.
