事業計画に従い、バロック文学、とくにアンドレアス・グリュフィウスについての基礎的な調査を継続するとともに、他大学の研究者と連携しながら、前年に立ち上げたグリュフィウスの代表作『レオ・アルメニウス』（1650）の翻訳プロジェクトを並行して進めた。バロック期のドイツ文学は日本での翻訳紹介がまだほとんどなされておらず、このプロジェクトは日本のドイツ文学研究だけでなく、バロック研究全般にとっても大きく貢献することが期待される。
また、ハインリヒ・フォン・クライストの最新の翻案事例に関する調査をドイツで実施したほか、フランツ・グリルパルツァーに関する前年の口頭発表に基づく論文をドイツ語で執筆し、学内の雑誌に発表した。
According to the research plan, I have continued basic research on Baroque literature, especially on Andreas Gryphius, and the translation project of one of his major works "Leo Armenius" (1650) with researchers at other universities since last year. This translation project must be of great significance not only for German studies but also for Baroque studies in general in Japan because as yet almost no work of the German literature of the Baroque era has been translated into Japanese.
In addition to this, I have also researched the actual adaptations of Heinrich von Kleist in Germany and contributed a German article on Franz Grillparzer to a journal of Keio University, based on the presentation of the preceding year.
