本研究の目的は、日本におけるアーツ・マネジメント教育の内容と方法の再検討と、カリキュラム上の問題の抽出である。アーツ・マネジメント教育に関する先行研究や海外のスタンダード・カリキュラムの議論を踏まえた上で、アンケート調査を実施し、芸術組織における実際のニーズ、現在の教育と現場とのギャップを調査することを計画していた。分析方法の決定、調査票の設計、調査対象の選定、予備調査まで行ったが、その後調査票の設計変更をする必要が出てきたことと、申請者の健康上の理由等のため、予定より時間がかかり、中断を余儀なくされ、本調査を実行するまでには至らなかった。2024年度4月に再開をし、調査を継続する予定である。
The purpose of this study is to reconsider the methods of arts management education in Japan and to identify curricular issues. Based on previous research on arts management education and discussions of standard curricula in the US, we planned to conduct a questionnaire survey to investigate actual needs in arts organizations and gaps between current education and the practitioners. The survey target was selected, the analysis methods and the design of the questionnaire were decided, and pre-survey was conducted. However, the survey is still in progress due to the need for modifications and health reasons of the applicant. The survey is scheduled to resume in April 2024.
