看護医療学部では、複数の国際交流プログラムを有して、看護医療学部の学部学生の海外への派遣、海外からの看護学生の受け入れを行っている。2021 年度は新型コロナウイルス感染症の影響が残るの中、コロナ禍の2021年度においてはオンライン開催した短期留学受け入れプログラムを感染対策を講じた上で対面で実施し、参加した本学部及び韓国、中国、英国、米国の学生からの高い評価を得た。本研究では、2022年度に実施した看護学生を対象とした国際交流プログラムの看護学生に対する効果を探索的に明らかにし、2021年度に収集したデータと比較・考察することを目的とした。2023年2 月に 看護医療学部で実施した短期留学受け入れプログラムの参加者（看護医療学部学生・海外学生）を対象として、研修プログラムの効果を検討した。2022年度のプログラムの特徴として、コロナ禍において社会的活動が制限されていた点を踏まえて、学生間の交流や体験を重視したプログラムとして、高齢者疑似体験を新たに導入した。受け入れプログラム参加者39名を対象とした質問紙調査を行い、プログラムは高く評価されていた。特に受講生の満足度は非常に高かった。今後、さらに分析を進めるとともに、2021年度の結果と比較し考察を行う。
The Faculty of Nursing and Medical Care has several international exchange programs to send undergraduate students abroad and accept nursing students from abroad. In FY2021, the online short-term study abroad program was conducted in person with infection control measures in place, and received high evaluations from the participating students from the Faculty of Nursing, Korea, China, the U.K., and the U.S. The program was conducted in FY2022. The purpose of this exploratory study was to examine the effects of the international exchange program in FY2022 on nursing students, and to compare and discuss the results with the data collected in FY2021. The effectiveness of the training program was examined for the participants (Keio undergraduate students and overseas students) of the short-term study abroad program conducted by the Faculty of Nursing and Medical Care in February 2023. A new feature of the FY2022 program was the introduction of a simulated older persons' experience as a program emphasizing interaction and experience among students, given the fact that social activities were limited in the COVID-19 pandemic. A questionnaire survey of 39 participants in the receiving program was conducted, and the program was highly evaluated. In particular, student satisfaction with the program was very high. Further analysis will be conducted and the results will be compared and discussed with those of FY2021.
