昨年度までに科研費により、Association of Arts Administration Educators（AAAE）が出しているStandards for Arts Administration Undergraduate Curriculaの研究と翻訳を行った。それに引き続いて、海外の動向の調査、カリキュラム研究、日本における教育の検討を行う予定であったが、新型コロナ・ウイルスの問題がおこり、それが長引いているために、計画の変更を余儀なくされた。当初はこの資金によりアメリカ出張を行う予定であったが、それがかなわなくなったので、次に遠隔で参加をすることを考えた。しかし、遠隔参加も困難があることがわかり、参加することができなかった。代わりとして、関連研究者間で研究会を年度中に8回オンラインで実施した。研究の成果は研究会参加者による共著で次年度に投稿の予定である。
We have already researched into arts management education in the United States and translated the Standards for Arts Administration Undergraduate Curricula published by the Association of Arts Administration Educators (AAAE), with the support of a Grant-in-Aid for Scientific Research. Based on the translation, we were planning to further investigate trends in the United States and Europe, and to discuss curriculum for arts management education in Japan. However, the problems with the coronavirus made it impossible and compelled to change our plans, which included attending the conference in the United States. Instead, we organized online meetings among researchers. The results of the study will be published by the participants and me.
